Pecan Sandies

1 cup butter (Room temp.)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teas. water
2 teas. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans (chop them fine)

Cream butter and sugar add 2 teas water and vanilla mix well.
Blend in flour and nuts.
Shill in frig 4 hours.
Bake on ungreased cookie.
Sheet at 325 degrees about 20 minutes.
Remove from pan. cool.
Roll in confectioners sugar.
